  I've bought a few bikes from this store and they have been most helpful. However, I recently had an issue with a bike under warranty and they really didn't want to assist me either in the store or workshop. So I went to another bike store and paid to have the bike fixed and now have a better store with more helpful staff.

  Great experience today. Jamie was an excellent staff member, who braved the rain in shorts to sell me my bike. Really good product and for $770 inclusive of lights and gloves it was a great deal. Highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a bike, as their range is incredible.

  It used to be so great- 5 star rating but something happened and all the good staff left! Now it's hard to get service in store, phone rings out and just not the same business. We've bought so many bikes and accessories since they opened but I stood in the Bentleigh store last week for ages but was never acknowledged or served so I left.
